Privacy Policy

We are dedicated to protecting your right to privacy!  Any information you give to Littlearth will be handled with the greatest care, and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented.  Any and all information collected at this site will be kept confidential and will not be sold, rented, loaned or otherwise disclosed without your permission.  Browser information gathered on the Website is used by Littlearth to improve the design of the site, especially the usefulness and quick accessibility of materials posted on the site.  Our Website logs are not personally identifiable, and we make no attempt to link them with the individuals that actually browse the site. We do not sell or share e-mail addresses or any other visitor information with third parties.

Consumer Returns Policy:

Littlearth has always stood behind our products. This pledge applies to any products purchased on our website.

Returns/Replacements

Any damaged or incorrectly shipped merchandise can be returned for a full refund or replacement. Defect or error must be brought to our attention within 10 days of receipt of product.

In order for the refund or replacement to occur, we will:

1. Send a return services label to you through the mail or via email.
2. Attach this mail label to the package the order arrived in (or comparable packaging) and ship back to us at no charge to you.
3. When we receive your order back, a credit for the merchandise will be issued to your card.
4. If the merchandise is going to be switched for new merchandise, a new order will be placed in the system and the order will be sent out within 5 business days.
5. Your card will be charged for the new merchandise (after we credit your card for the returned merchandise) and shipping will be free.

If you do not want to wait to receive any replacement merchandise:

1. We can enter the order up front and charge your card, and
2. Issue the refund when the original merchandise is received.

Return for size/style- call 1-800-545-3784 to be issued a Return Authorization number. We will put a new order into the system with the new size or style and charge your card. Send the merchandise back to us and we will refund your card for the merchandise ONLY on the original order. You are responsible for all shipping charges.

Custom Made Products are NOT RETURNABLE as they are made especially for you.

Returns policy on merchandise not purchased directly from Littlearth:

Littlearth cannot honor returns on purchases placed at locations other than: a.) www.littlearth.com, b.) shop.littlearth.com, c.) phone orders placed with Little Earth Productions, Inc., or d.) purchases made at our offices (2231 Fifth Avenue, Pittsburgh Pa 15219).

In cases of purchase from a third-party retailer, the return policy would be that of the place of purchase.
